Boxing champion Amir Khan has shared his version of events after being told he needed to leave the I'm a Celebrity... South Africa camp.
A pre-recorded episode that aired on Tuesday night saw the 36-year-old voted to leave the jungle by his fellow celebrities. It came after show bosses changed the rules for the first time in 21 years.
Campmates are usually voted to leave by viewers watching in home, though this special series sees the worst performing celebrities sent home.

However, in a show shakeup, this eviction came about due to a vote in the camp. Shortly after the episode aired, Amir took to social media to explain the "truth".
He said: "I chose to be picked and nominated out. I remember the night before, when the voting was taking place - I strictly told the campmates to vote for me. I couldn't see anyone else voted out. I had my jungle experience, won plenty of stars for the camp, and enjoyed my time with the campmates. Thank you for a wonderful time. Please don't be upset - I was happy to go."
Fellow I'm a Celebrity stars have sent well wishes to Amir in the comments section. Carol Vorderman said: "We were so sad Amir", while Paul Burrell, who cried when Amir left, said: "Love you Amir…..You are a Legend in your own right!".
Corrie's Andy Whyment said: "You're a LEGEND Amir", while Georgia Toffolo sent a series of applause emojis.
