America's Got Talent alum Deshundre Vinson has been charged with first-degree murder in Tennessee following the death of his four-year-old nephew, who drowned in an apartment complex swimming pool on 16 August in Chattanooga, according to local police and arrest records naming Vinson as the suspect.
The case began with what appeared to be a harrowing accident. Officers with the Chattanooga Police Department were already at the apartment complex on another call when, shortly after 5.40pm, they heard screams from the direction of the pool.
