Amber Turner is reportedly feeling worried her ex-boyfriend Dan Edgar could 'blindside' her while filming the next series of The Only Way Is Essex.
Amber, 29, and Dan, 33, announced their split earlier this month following days of speculation they had parted ways.
Their break-up comes just after the TOWIE cast wrapped up filming for the latest series of the ITVBe show, which is currently airing new episodes on the channel every Sunday.
Amber and Dan had been dating on and off since 2017 and faced a number of issues in their romance, which was shown on TOWIE.
Just weeks after their split Dan was spotted with a mystery woman at Malaga airport, who is believed to be Instagram model Hannah Rally.
The TOWIE cast – including exes Amber and Dan who bought a pad together months before parting ways – are set to reunite to begin filming for the next series, which usually airs around autumn.
However, Amber is said to be feeling 'terrified' her former flame will 'blindside' her during filming by bringing his new rumoured belle along to TOWIE filming, according to reports.
A source has told The Sun: "Amber is already dreading filming with Dan again when shooting for the new series begins next month.
"It’s all still very fresh and raw, so she was stunned when she learned that he was already dated somebody new.
"Amber is convinced that she’s going to be blindsided and Hannah will turn up during filming - it’s making her really anxious and she’s been confiding in some of her castmates in private."
The insider added how Amber is a "strong girl" and "can handle herself" but things are tough enough when an ex "moves on quickly" so the prospect of facing a rumoured "new lover" on camera is tough.
It comes after Dan was spotted with the mystery blonde earlier this week.
A holidaymaker said: "We all recognised Dan straight away but were surprised to see him with another woman.
"He had his arm wrapped around her waist as they checked in together, but he soon stopped once he realised other people had spotted him.
"They looked very comfortable in each other’s company and had clearly had a lovely break," they told The Sun.
Amber announced her split from Dan earlier this month after speculation began when it was noticed the pair had unfollowed one another on social media and deleted snaps of them together.
Confirming her relationship status on social media this evening, Amber told her followers: "I wasn't going to post anything but due to speculation and questions I feel like I need to.
"Yes me and Dan have split."
She added: "I honestly wish him the best for the future. Please respect our privacy at this time. Thank you."
The pair had been dating on and off for six years but recently bought a pad in Essex together as well as a goldendoodle dog named Oliver.
