The 48-hour event, which is essentially a second Prime Day, will be the first time Amazon has hosted two mega flash sales for Prime members in the same year. The original Prime Day sale took place on July 13 and 14, while the upcoming Prime Early Access Sale will fall on October 11 and 12.
