Alisson Becker sends penalties message to Edouard Mendy after Liverpool FA Cup win over Chelsea

Alisson Becker Edouard Mendy Liverpool Chelsea FA Cup Kostas Tsimikas FA Cup Final

Alisson Becker is eyeing more success for Liverpool after winning a penalty shootout against Chelsea at Wembley to win the clubs first FA Cup since 2006.

The match ended 0-0 and, like a repeat of the Carabao Cup final in February, the winner would be decided through a penalty shootout that saw Kostas Tsimikas be the unlikely hero with his winning spot kick.

Liverpool had the chance to win the shootout on the fifth penalty, but Sadio Mane saw his spot kick saved by Edouard Mendy before Alisson saved Mason Mount's kick to give Tsimikas the chance to win it.
