Alan Power believes Kilmarnock's positive performances will soon be rewarded

Alan Power Kilmarnock Rangers Danny Armstrong Rugby Rugby Park

Alan Power is hoping Kilmarnock's positive performances will soon produce results after suffering a second narrow defeat in less than a week.

An early header from Chris Stokes put the home side in front before a pair of Alfredo Morelos goals either side of Ryan Kent's strike put the game out of reach. Joe Wright’s fine volley in the latter stages ensured a nervy finish but Rangers held out for a 3-2 victory.

Having been knocked out of the Viaplay Cup semi-finals at the hands of Celtic on Saturday, Power admits it has been a testing time.
