1976's Rocks – and its predecessor, Toys In The Attic – were Aerosmith’s great one-two punch. But where the latter found them in full showboating mode, the former doubled down on the kind of nasty, druggy rock’n’roll that that their idols the Rolling Stones had once owned the patent on.
