She is gearing up to take to the stage for one of two live concerts at British Summer Time Hyde Park in London on Friday, July 1 and Saturday, July 2, marking her first live gig in the UK for five years - with the exception of her televised special An Audience with... concert at the London Palladium earlier this year.
But while the excitement around this much-anticipated gig is palpable, we can't get over how incredible the superstar singer and mum-of-one Adele looks.
In two years, the 34-year-old Easy On Me hitmaker underwent an incredible transformation, losing seven stone by overhauling her lifestyle, exercising and getting "'ealfy" - a transformation which went almost undetected until May 2020 when she posted a picture on her Instagram sporting an black minidress which garnered 12.3 million likes. But how on earth did she do it and where do we sign up?

Speaking to Vogue in an interview last year, Adele - who is half Welsh - said, of living in California: "I’ve got fit and ’ealfy. That’s quite LA, I guess.”
Detailing the reasoning behind her new lifestyle, she said to the fashion publication: “It was because of my anxiety. Working out, I would just feel better. It was never about losing weight, it was always about becoming strong and giving myself as much time every day without my phone. I got quite addicted to it. I work out two or three times a day.
“So I do my weights in the morning, then I normally hike or I box in the afternoon, and then I go and do my cardio at night. I was basically unemployed when I was doing it." But the perk of being a megastar is that she does have access to trainers, and has been known to work out with PT, Pete Geracimo.
She has also been known, according to Hello! magazine, to do reformer pilates and HIIT workouts. And while rumours of Adele adhering to a variety of slimming diets, in particular the Sirtfood diet, at the time circulated, she told Vogue: "Ain’t done that. No intermittent fasting. Nothing. If anything I eat more than I used to because I work out so hard."
But one thing she has admitted to cutting out of her diet is tea, curbing her sugar intake - which has aided her weight loss.
Once a fan of the beverage - she famously appeared on James Corden's Carpool Karaoke with a mug of tea in her hand - she now doesnt drink it, and according to The Sun, said: "I used to drink 10 cups a day with two sugars in each so I was on 20 sugars a day. Now I don't drink it and I have more energy than ever."
