Aberdeen manager Jim Goodwin says the Dons are prepared for losing Lewis Ferguson this summer.
The midfielder from Hamilton has been the subject of transfer interest throughout what has been a calamitous season at Pittodrie.
Goodwin's team find themselves in the bottom six and won't play European football next term.
Watford had a bid booted out at the start of the campaign while Serie A side Cagliari have cast their eye upon Ferguson.
A Scotland international, the former St Mirren boss admits the Lanarkshire ace and teammate Calvin Ramsay are two players he's having to plan for potential life without.
He said: "There are a lot of clubs out there that are looking at those two players in particular. We will have contingency plans in place and will be prepared for whatever does happen.
"We will make sure we will have ideal replacements if we do lose any players from the squad. I couldn’t tell you right now that those players definitely won’t be leaving in the summer.
“I don’t want to make any statements like that, because everybody has a price.”
Ferguson - who joined Aberdeen in 2018 - has 14 goals this season from 40 matches.
