The Dyson Supersonic has been updated with a new attachment used to hide flyaways under longer hair with just air, for a smooth, and shiny finish.
The ergonomic hair dryer is powered by Dyson digital V9 motor, which is half the weight and up to eight times faster, compared to conventional motors. The smaller size allows for housing the powerful engine in the handle rather than the head.
The digital motor coupled with Air Multiplier technology renders fast drying while Intelligent Heat Control measures airflow temperature over 40 times to prevent hair damage.
Accessories are designed to address different hair types and problems such as frizzy hair.
The new magnetic flyaway attachment is included in the Gift Edition Dyson Supersonic in Topaz Orange. Other accessories include a smoothing nozzle, styling concentrator, diffuser, and gentle air attachment for fine hair and sensitive scalp.
The second styling tool, the Dyson Airwrap Multi-styler Complete Long is also ablaze in Topaz Orange for another limited-edition set.
Like the Dyson Supersonic, the Airwrap combines powerful airflow with controlled heat for drying and styling simultaneously.
The set comprises Coanda Smoothing Dryer that functions in two modes -- one to hide flyaways and the other to pre-dry hair or set finished styles.
Coanda refers to the aerodynamics from air pressure produced by the powerful digital V9 motor. The Coanda effect attracts hair to the barrel or surface of the brush.
The styling attachments have been re-engineered with enhanced Coanda airflow for increased control.
Clockwise and counterclockwise curls can be created with the new barrels while straight styles are fashioned with soft and hard smoothing brushes. The third round volumising brush adds body and shape to hair as it dries.
A cordless straightener, Dyson Corrale is the third styling tool for the at-home salon.
It works via the 4-cell lithium-ion battery, drawn from the brand's cord-free vacuum technology.
