A Place In The Sun's Laura Hamilton was speechless following a couple's list of complaints.
Laura flew off to the Messinia Peninsula in Greece with Martin and Sonia from Bristol. The couple have travelled around the country throughout their 36-year relationship but decided it was finally time to find a forever home there.
With a maximum budget of £125,000, Laura did her best to meet the couple's requirements but it appeared to be more difficult than she anticipated.

Martin and Sonia said they were keen to find a spacious property with multiple bedrooms but when Laura found them just that, their wish list suddenly skyrocketed.
Arriving at the second viewing, there was an instant pushback from Sonia. No more than a few moments after they went for a look at the interior, the couple gave the house a resounding no.
Sonia said: "It's not finished. I don't like the cave structure at the end. It's dark, there's a little window there and a little window there, that is it. It's not doing anything for me, I've got no good feeling about it."
Clearly taken aback by the response, Laura hesitated for a moment before she could speak. With a concerned look on her face, she sheepishly said: "So what would you like to do? Martin, would you like to look at any more of this property?"
Martin agreed that Sonia had the last say and he would be going with whatever her views were, leading the three of them to exit the house almost instantly.
In the end, Laura just about managed to find the pair their perfect home. Though their initial offer was rejected by the owner, they bagged themselves a property of £115,000, well within their budget.
