A Place In The Sun expert has 'never seen' buyer so immediately overwhelmed

A Place In The Sun expert Jean Johansson was taken back as her buyer Joe was immediately 'overwhelmed' by a property.

Hampshire couple Joe and Kirsty were on the lookout for their perfect home in the hills of inland Valencia, Spain. With a maximum budget of £280,000, property expert Jean Johansson accompanied them to find their dream place.

Kirsty admitted it was the first time she had ever been to Spain but she was happy to move for her partner's retirement plan. They were on the hunt for a three-bedroom villa with a swimming pool in a gated community which Jean said would be "no problem."
