A Place In The Sun's Leah Charles was left appalled and disappointed after a buyer refused to view a home.
Lee and Louise from Warwickshire were searching for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom detached villa with a private pool in Villamartin on Spain's Costa Blanca. They had a budget of £212,000 which property expert Leah said was the perfect sum for finding them their dream home.
Right out the gate, the couple weren't impressed with anything they were shown. Louise looked disappointed with the features of the house and admitted another wasn't "cutting the mustard" because it didn't have a pool.

Lead said she had her hands full with her home hunters but was left appalled after the pair refused outright to view a potential property. Before entering, they admitted they liked the exterior but, upon stepping through the door, Lee said: "Not feeling it. No, not at all, there are several reasons, you're overlooking the wasteland."
Leah was disappointed she didn't meet the mark once again as she said: "Do you even want to see the rest of this property?"
Lee declined and said it was pointless as he had already made up his mind. He added: "We're not going to buy it, so there is no point, it's just not going to happen."
The property expert was forced to turn around despite her best efforts being shot down immediately. Later in the show, the couple said nothing stood out to them as a potential and walked away with nothing.
