A Liberian man, Garrison Gibson, has been released for a second time after being repeatedly taken into custody following a dramatic initial arrest where immigration agents in Minnesota used a battering ram.
U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Bryan had ruled Gibson’s initial arrest last weekend unlawful on Thursday, leading to his release. However, he was detained again on Friday at an immigration office, only to be freed later the same day.
