Minnesota has been subjected to a devastating series of ICE raids in the last two months, which have left two US citizens dead and seen countless more injured, detained, or deported.
Seen by some as Donald Trump's personal army, the federal US Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency has terrorised neighbourhoods in a quest to allegedly rid the city of undocumented migrants and ‘combat fraud’ in an operation called ‘Metro Surge’.
