An 11-year-old boy described as 'happy, healthy and loved' was found dead in his bathroom after a tragic accident, an inquest has heard. Milan Maddineni was found by his mum after she called him for his tea and he didn't respond.
His mother began CPR and resuscitation attempts were continued by police and paramedics before he was taken to hospital, but h e could not be saved.
DI Charlotte Whalley, who carried out a 'thorough' investigation, ruled out any suspicious circumstances or third-party involvement.
