10 Photos of Kelly Osbourne: Her Transformation Before and After Ozzy's Death

Since Ozzy Osbourne's passing in July 2025, Kelly has been dealing with her grief in the public eye. People have been quick to gossip about her recent physical changes, but sources close to the family say the truth isn't some dramatic secret.

She's simply mourning her dad, and the profound emotional toll has completely disrupted her eating habits.

How Extreme Grief Is Driving Her Weight Loss

Friends of the star are growing increasingly worried as the emotional devastation continues to affect her health. According to sources within her circle, Kelly is simply struggling to eat right now. While she knows her body is changing, her appearance is the last thing on her mind. Right now, she is just taking things one day at a time and focusing on surviving the immense pain of her loss.

Despite her private struggles, online criticism has not subsided. Osbourne recently highlighted this abuse by posting a derogatory remark online, writing, 'Literally can't believe how disgusting some human beings truly are! No one deserves this sort of abuse!'

Why Sharon Osbourne Fiercely Defended Her Daughter

Addressing the mounting pressure in December 2025, she noted, 'I am ill right now. My life is completely flipped upside down. I don't understand why people expect me to bounce back and look like everything is just fine in my life when it's not.'

She added, 'The fact that I'm getting out of bed and facing my life, trying, should be more than enough. And I should be commended for that.'

Her mother defended her on 'Piers Morgan Uncensored', stating, 'She's right. She's lost her daddy. She can't eat right now.' Sharon also criticised detractors, stating, 'They've got something wrong with their lives. They're not happy.'

Uncovering the Truth Behind Her Historic Weight Battles

Osbourne previously recalled a painful encounter where an executive labelled her 'too fat for TV.' She later disclosed her 2018 gastric sleeve surgery on the Hollywood Raw podcast.

Defending the procedure, she stated, 'I had surgery; I don't give a f--- what anyone has to say. I will never ever ever lie about it ever. It is the best thing I have ever done.'

The intervention caused an 85-pound reduction. She also discussed her 100-pound weight gain following the birth of her son in 2022.

On Scheana Shay's podcast, she confessed to becoming intensely fixated on shedding this weight. She admitted, 'I was on a mission after having the baby to lose all my baby weight. And then I was like, well I lost all the baby weight, lets see how far I can go with it. [I] went a little bit too far but [I] stopped.'

Addressing the Persistent Ozempic Rumours

Having previously discussed using weight loss medication, Osbourne denied using Ozempic recently. During an Extra interview, she stated, 'I know everybody thinks I took Ozempic. I did not take Ozempic. I don't know where that came from.'

She later issued a response to individuals questioning her health, a frustration understood by her inner circle. She stated, 'To the people who keep thinking they're being funny and mean by writing comments like 'Are you ill,' or 'Get off Ozempic, you don't look right.' My dad just died, and I'm doing the best that I can.'

She concluded by telling critics to 'f*** off.' Osbourne later acknowledged the difficulty of her situation.

She admitted, 'People usually say, 'I'm great.' [But] I'm not doing so great. It's the hardest thing I've ever been through in my life.' She emphasised resilience, stating, 'We're doing everything we can to try and just live in his legacy and be happy.'
