West Lothian garden village plans knocked back as appeal refused
Developers wanted to turn a chicken farm east of Livingston into a 410 acre village of 1,800 homes with shops and facilities. West Lothian Council rejected that and now the Scottish Government has dismissed an appeal against that rejection.
