The next installment of the reality show will air on Virgin Media One at 9.15pm, rather than its usual 9pm slot. Thousands of households across Ireland been tuning in each night to watch celebrities living in an Australian jungle without any comforts.

Within minutes of the show airing on Virgin Media One, some viewers took to social media to complain over the celebrities taking part. Hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly opened the show, introducing viewers at home to this year's first 10 celebrities set to enter the jungle.

The iconic challenge, known as Walk The Plank, has been made harder and is now thought to be called The Ledge. Stars are tasked with walking to the end of the wobbling platform and face dizzying heights.

Episodes will air on Virgin Media One nightly, with Ant and Dec presenting live from Australia. Ten celebrities campmates have been announced and are currently quarantining in luxury villas before heading into the jungle.
