The Delhi High Court came down heavily on Wikipedia for failing to comply with an order to disclose information about alleged defamatory edits made to the Wikipedia page of news agency ANI, labeling it as a “propaganda tool” of the government, Bar and Bench reported.

The Supreme Court has reportedly reserved its verdict while hearing Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s bail petition on Thursday. His judicial custody has been extended until Tuesday when the court will hear the matter again.

Days after being the talk of the town for asking “trivial and awkward” questions to Olympic shooter Manu Bhaker, journalist Rohan Dua has moved the Delhi High Court against social media posts calling his questions “sexist”, Bar and Bench reported.

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday expressed strong dissatisfaction with the functioning of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) and its officials concerning a tragic incident in East Delhi's Ghazipur area where a mother and child died after falling into an uncovered drain.
