‘Triple test OK’: Supreme Court allows OBC quota in Madhya Pradesh local body polls

NEW DELHI: A week after barring the Madhya Pradesh government from implementing reservation for OBCs in local body polls,the Supreme Court on Wednesday modified its order and allowed it to allocate quota for the community after being prima facie satisfied that the ‘triple test’ criteria has been complied with.
