Police say a Chicago man has been charged in the shootings of a U.S. marshal and his police dog who were wounded during an exchange of gunfire while serving a warrant

CHICAGO — A 13-year-old who authorities said was involved in a carjacking was shot and seriously wounded as he ran from Chicago police officers in the South Austin neighborhood Wednesday, according to Chicago police and fire officials.
