The Latest Breaking News from Kaulig

The 2024 NASCAR Cup season has begun in earnest. Following the non-points exhibition race at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum won by Denny Hamlin earlier this month, Joey Logano took pole for this weekend's Daytona 500 season opener by leading a Ford front-row lockout in qualifying on Wednesday night.

Haley, 24, has had an up-and-down NASCAR career but has enjoyed his share of success as well. He earned his lone Cup victory in 2019, winning a rain-shortened race at Daytona with Spire Motorsports.

Chastain, 30, will make his fourth Xfinity start of the 2023 season this weekend. Although the previous three came with DGM Racing, that will not be the case at Michigan.

Haley, 24, has driven for Kaulig Racing since 2019 when he joined the organization as a NASCAR Xfinity Series driver.

Suarez, 31, will become the latest driver to pilot Kaulig's No. 10 Chevrolet this year when he races at Pocono (Pa.) Raceway on Saturday.

The 2021 NASCAR Cup champion will compete in the May 13 Xfinity race at Darlington (S.C.) Raceway driving Kaulig’s No. 10 Chevrolet with sponsorship from HendrickCars.com.

On March 15, NASCAR issued penalties to five Cup teams – all four Hendrick Motorsports teams and the No. 31 team from Kaulig Racing – for the unapproved modification of hood louvers (vents) which are single-source parts.

Over the last week, two different three-member National Motorsport Appeals Panels found that four Hendrick Motorsports Cup teams and one from Kaulig Racing had made unapproved modifications to a single-source part (hood louvers).

Kaulig Racing will have to live with most of NASCAR’s original penalty.
