LUCKNOW: With a surge in Covid-19 cases in neighbouring Delhi and its ripple effect in bordering districts, the Uttar Pradesh government has made wearing of masks compulsory for people in public places in state capital Lucknow and six NCR districts: Gautam Budh Nagar, Ghaziabad, Hapur, Meerut, Bulandshahr and Baghpat.
