CUK to start more four-year degree programmes

A daylong workshop for girls on capacity building and personality development was held at the Central University of Karnataka (CUK) at its main campus at Kadaganchi near Kalaburagi on Saturday. The Department of Psychology at the CUK and the National Commission for Women jointly organised the event.

Battu Satyanarayana, Vice-Chancellor of Central University of Karnataka, said that the students, while going out of the university, would carry not just a degree certificate but a decent job or a NET/ JRF to conduct research in prestigious national institutes.
