Captain Sir Tom Moore’s daughter and her husband are accused of “repeated” misconduct in a report by the Charity Commission about the running of the Captain Tom Foundation.

The 30-page document acknowledges that the foundation was created during the Covid-19 pandemic, ‘a period of global turmoil’.

The Captain Tom Foundation was registered in June 2020 as a grant-making charity, for the advancement of public health and wellbeing.
