Reacting to parts of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's speech being "expunged" in Lok Sabha yesterday, Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi on Thursday said that "Sansad TV is not under Speaker's and BJP government's control", therefore, he and his party is not aware of it. Participating in the no-confidence motion debate, Rahul Gandhi also slammed PM Narendra Modi for not visiting Manipur and alleged that he does not consider the State to be part of India.
