Germany’s best-selling newspaper, Bild, is reportedly adopting artificial intelligence (AI) to replace certain editorial roles, in an effort to cut costs.

The German tabloid is among the most widely-sold newspapers in Europe. In a memo, Axel Springer said several roles will “no longer exist as they do today.”
