A young mum who became suddenly paralysed overnight has said she still doesn’t know the cause of her illness.
Lisa Harris, 28 woke up one December morning and collapsed. Neither she nor doctors know what led to her becoming a quadriplegic. She has lost her hearing and her vision is also failing.
As reported in the Daily Mirror the mum of two, from Merthyr Tydfil, Wales, claims baffled doctors still can’t tell her what is causing the degenerating nerve damage, which at one point saw her begging her family to help end her life.
