You may have heard that Lea Michele is busily preparing for a starring stint in the Broadway musical Chess, but the actor and parent of two young kids is also gearing up for another major event: back-to-school season. With that on the table, Lea has partnered with Lysol for their 'SOMO' (Sick of Missing Out) campaign, in conjunction with the HERE for Healthy Schools initiative, which teaches parents simple ways to help stop the spread of germs and help keep their family protected.
'I think that there are the standard things on our list as they should be, like the new backpack and pencils and lunchboxes and things like that,' Lea tells us from her hotel in New York City. 'But it's also so important to remember to stock up on the items in your home, such as Lysol disinfectant wipes, and Lysol disinfectant spray, to help prevent the spread of germs in your home so that your children can stay healthy and not miss out on those special moments throughout the year.'
