Liverpool continue to be linked with a move for Barcelona midfielder Gavi - and he may have already shown why they may be interested.
The 18-year-old is a key player for the La Liga giants, featuring in 37 appearances in all competitions this season. In fact, Gavi has missed just one top-flight match during the current campaign, and that was due to a suspension from picking up five yellow cards.
However, his future has been the subject of intense speculation in recent weeks thanks to the news around his contract situation at Barcelona. Even before that, though, the midfielder was mentioned a possible target for the Anfield powers that be.
