Diana Vickers looks worlds away from how she appeared when she burst onto The X Factor back in 2008.
The raspy-voiced singer was known for performing barefoot with her blonde tresses backcombed as she took to the stage to showcase her jaw-dropping talent.
While she may have made it to the semi-finals of the show, Diana went on to have mediocre chart success, with her debut single Once topping the charts, along with her debut album back in 2010.
However, her second studio album, Music to Make Boys Cry charted at 37 while the title single, released in 2013 failed to chart.
But almost two decades on, Diana, now 31, looks extremely different after finding fame and is no stranger when it comes to showcasing her gym-honed figure on social media.
Taking to Instagram in view of her 102,000 followers, the songstress posed on a South African beach wearing a minuscule bikini as she made the most of the exotic sun.
Diana's long blonde locks swept over her shoulders while some blew against the coastal breeze as she strutted across the rocky terrain.
In a bid to make the most of the sun, Diana went makeup free as she embraced her natural beauty.
Captioning her upload, she penned: "Teeny weeny 80's bikini."
Her post which has racked up thousands of likes was soon flooded with comments from her adoring fans, with one writing: "Barbarella."
"You're amazing Diana!" gushed a second.
Before a third joked: "Teeny weeny looks goody woody on you."
"What a beautiful woman," typed another.
While a fifth commented: "Utterly stunning Diana."
Nowadays, the singer can be found fronting her own podcast, Ki & Dee alongside Chiara Hunter where they discuss everything from Jack Grealish's hair to everyday life with a string of celebrity guests.
She's also launched a successful acting career, starring on the West End in The Rise and Fall of Little Voice in 2009, taking on the role of Little Voice as she impersonated the likes of Edith Piaf, Judy Garland and Dame Shirley Bassey.
In 2012, she went on to sign for her first major movie role, starring alongside Clint Eastwood's son in The Perfect Wave and later travelled to South Africa to shoot the flick.
Most recently, she toured with the theatre production of The Entertainer, as well as Dial M For Murder, playing the role of Sheila.
Other roles to her resume include the comedy play The Duck House, and the Rocky Horror Show UK tour and the Dusty Springfield-inspired musical Son Of A Preacher Man.
