WWE star Sara Lee's autopsy report confirms death by suicide aged just 30

An autopsy has confirmed that former WWE star Sara Lee died by suicide.

Last Octobe, it was announced the winner of the company’s Tough Enough competition in 2015 passed away at the age of 30. Now TMZ Sports have reported that, according to the Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office documents, the former combat star took her own life.

The death by suicide was all but confirmed when 'letters of intent’ were found at the scene. Lee was also found with several bruises and abrasions on her body, which officials think may have occurred as a result of suffering from a fall while she was intoxicated.
