Sunday's FA Women's Cup final between Manchester City and Chelsea will be played in front of a record crowd at Wembley.
City Women will be hoping to end a disappointing season on a high by winning the FA Cup for the third time in their history. Though the Blues did win the Conti Cup earlier this season, a bad start to the Women's Super League meant they finished way below expectations as they only mathematically secured third place and Champions League qualification on the final day of the season.
However, there has been a significant improvement since November when several crucial players returned from injury and Gareth Taylor's side has gone on to win 21 out of their 23 fixtures since. Losing only once. Lifting the FA Cup would bring the campaign to a happy conclusion.

Current holders and WSL champions Chelsea stand in their way, but City can be buoyed by the fact they came from behind to defeat the Londoners in the Conti Cup final 3-1 in March. Although, Chelsea did defeat them home and away in the league.
It's set to be a special occasion at Wembley as it's been announced that the final will be played in front of a record crowd for the Women's FA Cup final. Ticket sales have now surpassed 55k for the match, smashing the previous record of 45,423 set by Chelsea and Arsenal in 2018's final.
All supporters who have purchased a ticket directly through City will also receive a personalised letter from Taylor thanking them for their support throughout the campaign.
