Favourites Spain and record-holders Germany are in action on Friday as they kick off the weekend's action of the Women's 2022 Euros.
Norway put a marker down on Thursday night as they topped Group A after thrashing Northern Ireland 4-1 in their group opener. England were involved in the curtain-raiser at Old Trafford which drew record crowds with Beth Mead's goal enough to see off Austria.
Spain were rocked during their preparation for the tournament after Alexia Putellas suffered an injury before the competition, the Ballon d'Or winner was struck down with an ACL injury just four days before the start of the tournament. Meanwhile, their opponents Finland return to the stage after missing out on qualification in 2017.

Germany face a tough group opener as they face Denmark. The Danes have a good record against the Germans winning four of their seven encounters.
Lars Søndergaard's side have an impressive unbeaten in their previous competitive matches with their last defeat stretching back to March 2020. They did however taste defeat in their final warm-up match against Norway.
