After a month's absence, competitive football returns to the airwaves as the Women's European Championships gets underway in England.
Sixteen teams will battle it out to be crowned champions of Europe. The Lionesses are second-favourites for the tournament with Spain have been tipped to assert their dominance in the Women's game on the European stage.
Barcelona attracted record crowds, last year, when they played Real Madrid before breaking their own attendance landmark in their Champions League first-leg against Wolfsburg. Meanwhile, reigning champions Holland and record-holders Germany have been listed at 6/1 and 7/1 respectively.

The matches will be played across the region as Manchester, London, Sheffield and other cities brace themselves for the best female footballers on the continent to take to the pitch. However, should you be unable to secure a ticket for the highly anticipated event, you will be able to watch every game live.
How to watch every Euros 2022 match
BBC One and Two are the homes of the Women's European Championships this summer. They will also be able to streamed on BBC iPlayer, as well as the BBC Sport website.
Sky and Virgin Media customers will be able to tune into the action on channels 101 and 102, for HD viewing, BBC One HD is channel 115. Freeview customers can watch the entertainment unfold on channels one and two.

Gabby Logan, Alex Scott, Reshmin Chowdhury, Eilidh Barbour and Kelly Somers will lead live coverage across BBC television and BBC iPlayer. Insight and analysis will come from an international line-up which includes former England greats Fara Williams, Alex Scott, Kelly Smith, Anita Asante, Izzy Christensen, Rachel Brown-Finnis and Sue Smith.
Arsenal legend and women's football advocate Ian Wright will also be on the team. Whilst, former French defender Laura Georges, Arsenal Women’s Head Coach Jonas Eidevall, Spain and Manchester City midfielder Vicky Losada are among the in-studio line-up.
