A model who is known for having the 'world's biggest cheeks' has revealed what she looked like pre-surgery.
Anastasia Pokreshchuk, from Kyiv, Ukraine, looks unrecognisable in the throwback photo – which was taken before she spent thousands of pounds on fillers to change her appearance.
The woman stunned her following by sharing a side-by-side comparison of what she looked like pre-surgery aged 27 and now, aged 34, adding "I am beautiful".
In the throwback snap, she could be seen in a baggy, flowery top, with minimal makeup, brown hair, shorter finger nails and less extreme features.
Comparatively, Anastasia now has hot pink hair, dramatic make-up and carefully chiselled cheek bones and chin. Her lips have also been enlarged over the years, and she also had lipo suction last year.
She shared the picture with her 93k followers, and now more than 4,800 people have shared their opinion. Her viewers were torn with many preferring the more "natural" look in the first picture.
One person asked: "What made you wanna do it, I think you were pretty as your natural self."
Another added: "At 27 you were also beautiful."
However, others love her extreme look, with one person saying: "You are one of a kind and unique!"
"You are the best, proud of you," commented another.
Anastasia first started dabbling with face fillers when she was 26 years old when she got her lips done and Botox injected into her forehead.
She has since lost count of how many procedures she's had, and has spent thousands of pounds on face fillers alone.
In addition to her cheeks, she's also dyed her hair, got veneers and breast enlargement.
Although some social media users aren't sold on Anastasia's look, she loves it.
She's previously said: "After I had the injections and saw the changes in my cheeks, I fell in love with them. I understand that they look weird to other people, but I don't mind."
Anastasia says the fillers have boosted her confidence, and that before she used to be "ashamed of everything; my voice, my appearance".
She previously added: "My mom thinks that I was naturally beautiful before, but now thinks I look more exotic and my friends say my new appearance is better because before I looked like a grey mouse."
