A woman who accidentally sent some of her personal belongings to ASOS after posting a returned item has now been told she can't get it back.
Ffion Morgan sent back the parcel to the online retailer in December, the BBC reports.
The 21-year-old, from south Wales, then received an email from the the clothing giant saying she had also returned something in the package that did not originally come from website.
