A TikTok video showing a tense exchange between a customer and a store manager at a Dollar Tree has drawn wide attention online. The TikTok video was posted by a user going by Fabio (@fabiothedoggo) and has been viewed more than 218,200 times, with over 10,400 likes.

In the caption, the poster said it was a “one-star experience” at the store. They claimed the manager raised her voice, handled their items carelessly, and spoke in an unprofessional way in front of other customers.
