As we all know, sometimes when we wear a strappy outfit, being able to see a bra can turn the outfit from a ten to a five. And, when the weather begins to warm up (hopefully) in the summer months or if you're on holiday, wearing a bra in the heat can be extremely uncomfortable.
TikTok user @mik.whitney has been labelled a ‘genius’ after sharing this ‘no bra hack’ and people have been left amazed. She had to get creative when thinking of this hack as she didn't want to 'completely free ball it' and go without a bra. But it turns out all you need are pads from a swim suit or sports bra to change your underwear game, reports the Mirror.
She captioned the video: "This is a game changer!! Especially in the summer I HATE having to wear bras or even sticky bras (because they sweat off lol) buuuut I don't always want to completely free-ball it… SO I use double-sided tape and tape swimsuit or sports bra pads onto the inside of the dress! Works great!"

In the video, Mikayla held up a dress before showing the reverse side to the camera, where you can see the pads stuck to the material. You are able to see where the padding is when the dress is off but she explained that when she wore the dress, it looked ‘natural’.
The video currently has 49.3k views on TikTok. Beneath the post, one happy TikToker commented: “WHY HAVE I NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT THIS”. Another added: “Genius” which we can all agree that it is.
Mikayla herself responded to a comment saying: “I'll never be wearing a bra in 100 degree weather again.”
