A woman has labelled people who shop at Aldi as 'rude, pushy and disrespectful' as she fights to prevent a new supermarket being approved. The woman has lodged an objection to the budget supermarket's bid to open a second store in Swadlincote.
And she hit out with both barrels in her views of those who shop in the German chain's stores. With a decision set to be made next week on the plans she wrote a detailed objection to the proposal, reports Staffordshire Live.
She told councillors the move would affect the area. She wrote: "The class of people who shop at Aldi drop dramatically... [Aldi customers] are rude, pushy, and disrespectful - lowering our community standards."
