A woman was left with facial injuries and broken glasses after a reported assault in Old Market Square. Police were made aware of an incident in the city centre between 4am and 4.30am in the morning of June 4.
The victim, who is 25-years-old, was reportedly punched in the face. Her friends didn't receive any lasting physical injuries after also being involved in the assault.
Nottinghamshire Police have shared CCTV images. A spokesperson explained: "It is believed the woman pictured in these images may be able to offer some help to officers in getting to the bottom of the incident."

PC Phoebe Lau, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: "This was an upsetting incident for the victim who was left with bruises to her face. Having carried out CCTV enquiries at a number of shops and venues across the area we would now like to speak with the woman pictured in this image as we believe she may have vital knowledge which could help our investigation.
"Our enquiries into what happened remain ongoing so I would ask anyone who believes they know who the person in the photo is to please get in touch."
