Woman in 30s dies after being hit by bus during rush hour at busy junction

A woman in her 30s has died after being hit by a bus during rush hour in east London.

The incident happened just before 9am on Friday in Great Eastern Street, Shoreditch.

The woman has not yet been formally identified.
