Woman films what she ate all day for body positivity. Then her ‘Eucharist’ comment sparks backlash

A viral “What I Eat in a Day” video posted on X has sparked a fierce debate over the modern boundaries of the body positivity movement. The clip features a food reviewer documenting her daily meals, and viewers have been split over whether it is simply harmless personal content or an example of obesity being promoted under the banner of self-acceptance.

The controversy began when an account shared the creator’s video with the caption, “Body positivity has officially lost the plot.” In the footage, the woman walks her audience through what she ate that day, starting with a heavily glazed sweet pastry. She follows that with Goldfish crackers and a large Cookie Butter Latte topped with whipped cream and cookie crumbles.
