A woman charged with attempted murder following a house fire that left her and two young girls fighting for life has revealed the extent of her injuries.

The 37-year-old faced the Melbourne Magistrates' Court on Friday after fire engulfed a two-storey home in Chadstone, in the city's southeast, on May 21.
