Widower, 88, waiting for loss of clifftop home after neighbour’s house demolished

An 88-year-old woman faces the demolition of her clifftop home in Thorpeness, Suffolk, after being informed that no measures will be taken to prevent it from being lost to the sea.

Jean Flick, who has resided in the seaside property for 25 years, expressed her desire to remain there for as long as safety permits.
