A Russian baker has been detained for questioning by Russian police over anti-war cakes which criticise President Vladimir Putin.

There are fears Anastasia Chernysheva, 22, will face jail over her “anti-Putin confectionary”.

Her home was raided and she faced 11 hours of interrogation which may lead to formal charges under Russia’s draconian laws forbidding protest about the war against Ukraine.
