A judge has granted Wladimir Klitschko temporary guardianship duties regarding the estate of his late former fiancée, Hayden Panettiere, with whom he shares an 11-year-old daughter.
Klitschko is now allowed to initiate probate proceedings, recommend an estate administrator, handle Panettiere's state and federal tax filings, and ask law enforcement to investigate any potentially misappropriated property, after Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Stephanie C. Santoro signed an authorization order on Tuesday.
