Courtney Burgess, a witness in the federal investigation against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, claims to have seen sex tapes featuring Combs with eight celebrities, including at least two who were minors at the time of recording.
Burgess, who testified before a grand jury on Thursday in Manhattan, alleged that Combs’ late ex-partner, Kim Porter, gave him 11 flash drives shortly before her death in 2018.
These drives, according to Burgess, contain at least eight sex tapes involving Combs and various high-profile individuals.
In an interview with News Nation, Burgess stated that “all of” the stars allegedly in the video appeared to be under the influence and were seemingly “victims” and not “perpetrators”.
He further claimed that among the eight celebrities — six men and two women — “two to three” were minors when the videos were recorded.
The Department of Homeland Security has reportedly subpoenaed Burgess, demanding he “turn over all records, including thumb drives, hard drives, electronic storage devices, or devices containing videos and/or other files depicting Diddy,” according to TMZ.
TMZ also reported that Burgess claimed to possess Porter’s unedited memoir, “Kim’s Lost Words: A Journey for Justice, from the other side.” This book was briefly listed on Amazon before being pulled after Porter’s four children, three of whom she shared with Combs denounced the book as “fake”.
Combs was arrested in September on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and facilitating prostitution. The rap mogul has pleaded not guilty and is currently being held without bail in a Brooklyn facility as he awaits his trial that is scheduled for May 2025.
Since his arrest, over 150 people have come forward with accusations of sexual misconduct against Combs. His legal team continues to deny all allegations.
Burgess’ lawyer, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, told the New York Post about the tapes in October.
“I can verify that it exists. That it’s real and that the other person in the video is very visible. There’s no question of if it’s that person in the video,” she claimed.
“Mr. Combs was in the tape and this other person is — I would venture to say, more high-profile than Mr. Combs,” she also alleged.
Combs’ legal team called these claims a “cry for publicity and attention” at the time.
They are yet to make a comment on the latest developments.
