‘With 15 years experience, Vishwajit Rane ready to be Goa CM’

PORVORIM: Poriem MLA Deviya Rane said on Tuesday that her husband, Valpoi MLA Vishwajit Rane, is ready to take over as chief minister as he has 15 years of political experience, but that the final decision would be taken by the party leadership.

When asked about dissent in the party and whether Vishwajit was in the reckoning for the top post, she said, “I don’t know about the dissent, but whatever it is, the party high command will decide”.
